Actual it's the same way, but a new acronym coined by Revealing Truth to help you to remember to have a balanced health plan.

RAW DATES

Get plenty of rest, abstaint from excess, drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet (with lots of raw foods), get an abundance of fresh air, trust in God always, moderately stress your muslces with exercize daily, and enjoy 15 minutes of sunlight each day.
